Trying to get pregnant at 40

Having hard time to conceive, even have multiple sessions a day and even on ovulation days and nothing. Dr says I am fértil .... help me pls

Has your partner also been tested for sperm quality etc.

You should have intercourse the days leading up to peak ovulation.
