Back Ache

I am pushing myself to be active even during my period. But before and during my period, I get these lower back aches. Over the counter stuff like IBProphren just hit pause on my period, but once it wears off, I’m in pain again. What is the best thing for these back aches

Heating pad, salt ( just take a little salt in your hand and swallow Ik it tastes bad but let me know if it works) and water this could be muscle cramp or period pain

Yeah, I have the exact same. I have strong, pretty overwhelming pains in my lower back. I usually take Panadol which stops the pain but let’s my period keep going, and before bed I warm up a heat pack.
